Just watching the lovely Jessica Stevenson in Human Nature/Tooth and Claw Awhh But got me thinking of the other comedians that have been in New Who Tamsin Grieg and Simon Pegg....I can never remember what the episode was and yes the head opening thing is creepy And Peter Kay in Love and monsters Theres a fair few more but my co-ordinations poor and my tongues a bit burnt.

that's a bit weird how some of the finest comic actors of our time are ending up playing cameos in dr who. must be a mutual respect thing. nod. x

I think Cameos is a bit strong....except maybe Alexi Sayle. They've mostly been well rounded serious characters in a w ay its a useful in to the world of straight acting (Or at least can be)
